BOOKING ENQUIRY
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Alive Studio, a creative production facility, operated in connection with Alive Enterprise. By confirming a booking, the client agrees to the following terms.
1. BOOKINGS AND DEPOSIT
All booking enquiries must made using our booking enquiried form and will be confirmed in writing via email.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will confirm your reservation and holds the requested date and time.
The remaining 50% balance must be payable before the delivery of the final files.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notification, it will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
A full refund will be made if there is 72 hours notice or more before the session.
48–72 hours’ notice: 50% refund of the total booking fee.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund; full payment is required.
3. RESCHEDULING POLICY
Clients are permitted one reschedule per booking. The rescheduled booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
The new booking must be scheduled within 14 working days of the original session date, subject to availability.
Please note any additional rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations and subject to standard cancellation terms.
4. USE OF ALIVE STUDIO SPACE
The client must arrive on time for the scheduled session. Sessions that start late due to client delay will not be extended unless previously agreed.
Clients may bring guests, however the number of guests must be confirmed in advance due to limited space in the studio.
The studio space must be used respectfully and in accordance with Alive Studio’s guidelines for conduct and use of equipment.
5. CONTENT GUIDELINES
Alive Studio is a creative arm of Alive Church. As such, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any bookings that do not align with the values and vision of Alive Church, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, discriminatory, harmful, or in conflict with our ethos.
6. FINAL FILES AND DELIVERY
Final audio and/or video files will be delivered in a format agreed upon at the time of booking.
All outstanding payments must be made before release of final files.
Approval of the final draft constitutes project completion. Three Revisions are induced within the package. Additional changes or revisions will be charged at the hourly studio hire rate.
7. LIABILITY
Alive Studio will not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal items brought to the studio. While all efforts are made to ensure smooth production and technical reliability, Alive Studio is not responsible for disruptions outside of its control, such as power failures, equipment malfunction, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. AGREEMENT
By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
