You can book a tour to view our studio subject to availability.

All booking requests must be made directly through our website using this link.
We will confirm your booking within 48 hours via email. Your booking may be denied subject to studio availability and if your projects that do not align with the values of Alive Church.
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are subject to a 50% refund.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will not be subject to a refund.
Rescheduling can be arranged once per booking.
Rescheduled bookings must be made within 14 days of the original booking.
Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.

FAQs

Each session will have a technician on hand to assist you with set up.
The room set up will be prepared for you before you arrive.
Once you arrive, we will check microphones and camera shots.
We will then run the session and re-do any sections.
The studio team will check the footage and audio to confirm it is all ok.
The studio team will transfer the files depending on your agreement.
You may bring your own equipment into the studio.
All equipment must have an up to date PAT test sticker.
We are able to livestream to multiple social media accounts using OBS.
We are able to accommodate remote guests using high-quality solutions like riverside.fm or zoom.us.
Unfortunately we are unable to extend bookings on the day. Coming to your session well prepared will help you to stay within your time slot.
If more time is required, an additional session will need to be booked.
No food will be allowed in the studio at any time.
Clear bottled water is permitted, however Alive Studio will not provide this.

Due to the file sizes, you will need to bring your own external drive. We will aim to transfer the video files over on the same day before you leave.
Larger file sizes may take a little longer to transfer. If you are local to the studio we recommend planning a next day collection.
We will aim to have a first draft video available to you within 7 working days. If you have a tight turn around, please let us know during the booking process so that we can confirm what is achievable.
The first draft and subsequent drafts will be listed as a private YouTube link with a password. The final video will be send using we transfer or Dropbox.
We offer three edit revisions within the package price.
Further edits or changes will be charged at the hourly hire rate.
